BELOW SHOWS YOU THE TOTAL COST FOR YOUR JOB -
INCLUDING DESIGN, DRAWING, PRINTING (OR FILES) AND MAILING.
At the top - find the number of destinations you want us to include on the map (e.g. wedding, reception, hotel, residence). 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
On
the left side -
find the number of cards you want printed (or if you want files instead see the
bottom row).
The intersection of the row and column gives you the total cost.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1. PRIORITY HANDLING: If you request a completion date of 10 days or less there will be a $35 Priority Handling Fee.

SIZE: We will provide
maps of any size up to 8.5 x 11.

SPECIAL
PAPERS: We use 90 lb index cards with the colors shown on the order form. If you
prefer some other paper, weight or color, the additional cost (if any)
may be passed on to you.

Designing and printing color laser maps is still quite expensive.

a. DESIGN. There is an additional design cost of $50.
b. PRINTING.
The additional cost depends
on how
many map cards can be printed on a 8.5 x 11 sheet:
If 3 or more map cards will fit
........0.55 for each map card to be printed
If only 2 map cards will fit........1.10 for each map card to be printed
If only 1 map card will fit........2.20 for each map card to be printed

CONVERTING A MAP CARD DRAFT FROM BLACK AND WHITE
- TO FULL COLOR (Various colors): $50.00.
- TO
A SINGLE COLOR (e.g. brown): $25.00

EXPRESS
OR OVERNIGHT MAIL: We normally mail the cards by
Priority Mail at no charge to you. Any additional cost for overnight delivery plus handling will be passed on to you.
Usually this will be about $25.00.
7.
EXTRA
MAP CARDS: Should you need additional map cards after the initial order is
printed - $25.00 setup fee and 10 cents per card.
8. JOB CANCELLATION FEE: (See the NOTE
at the top of this page.)
Before the
initial draft is posted: Between $50 and $125 depending on
the
amount of work already done.
After the initial draft is posted:
2/3 of the cost shown in the table
above.
9.
PROCEDURES FOR NON-PAYMENT: It is the
goal of Wedding Maps Company to conduct business in a fair, friendly and
professional manner. The work we do is very labor intensive. Therefore when a
customer refuses to pay for services provided we are very persistent in
pursuing that individual. Wedding Maps Company will take one or more of the
following steps in order to collect payment due.
- We will contact the church or other facility where the wedding is to take
place to inform them of the individual’s failure to pay a legal debt, and we
will request their assistance in the manner.
- We will contact family members.
- We will contact associations, partnerships and/or other organizations which
the customer belongs to.
- We will determine the individual’s place of employment and request
assistance in obtaining payment of a legal debt.
- We will contact any businesses involved in the wedding activities to warn them
of the individual’s unwillingness to pay for debts incurred.
- We will take legal action if necessary.
10. CHANGE OF CARD SIZE: After the initial draft is posted, if you request a change in the size of the card from the size you gave us in the job order, there may be up to a $35 fee.
11. CHANGING THE CONTENTS OF THE CARD: We normally DO NOT charge extra for changes, corrections, or minor additions. However please understand that if the changes are major (e.g. a complete change of location for the wedding, adding another destination, etc) there may be an additional charge.
12. ADDITIONS TO THE MAP: If you need additional landmarks (other than the wedding locations) the cost is $5 each. Examples: public buildings or monuments, parks, businesses etc. No charge for including rivers or other bodies of water.
13.
PREPARING A SECOND VERSION OF THE MAP CARD FOR A DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF GUESTS.
If you need two or more
different sets of cards; for example - you
want a set of cards to have rehearsal information on them, and a set of cards
without rehearsal information.
The cost for the second version of the map card would range between $25 and $75
depending on how different it is from the first version.
